Basic and not acceptable in today's standards.
3.0The room was acceptable as was the facility overall. The staff was okay, not very receptive to questions or willing to offer much else. It is disappointing to pay for a room and then be charged additional fees for things that should be provided such as wi-fi.
− The information on the site states wifi, but it is a paid extra even for the basic service. It is higher for a service that might actually be acceptable. First time I have dealt with this in years, so disappointed.
