8.0Comfortable bed and Sofa, although sofa was a recliner but not plugged in to be able to use it as recliner. Nice roomy kitchen with good size fridge.
− Smart tv that has shocking picture all blurry. would be likely due to bad/slow wifi so could not watch anything but what was on tv. Also just a standard small tv in bedroom, not smart tv, althought smart does not work anyway. No cutting board in kitchen so had to try cutting things on a dinner plate when getting dinner organised. We were given a room that was not what the pictures showed us with ocean views, but were put into a standard room over street and very partial ocean views if out on the balcony only. We were not informed of the change of room or received any apology or reduction in price. Would not have wanted to stay longer that the two nights. Also curtains in lounge do not close propery so not private from surrounding apartments in front/beside yours.

− I was given a really bad unit , told that the whole place was totally booked , but all the car park was empty ( only 3 cars parked , and I Know that 603 is a resident ) I book North point probably 5 or 6 times ,also the staff was not polite at all

Enjoyed our stay very cental, quiet, good underground parking and nice staff
9.0Accommodation was very quiet, good view of ocean and street. Staff were nice at reception. Underground parking spot was easy to find. 3 bedroom unit was large so offered plenty of space.
− The front slide doors onto Balcony the sliding part needs a good clean (windows were clean though). The Bathroom fly screen needs a very good dust. The remainder of apartment was very clean so just need more maintenance on windows.
