More than adequate for my one night stay

4.0Great location for where we needed to go. East to find.
− Tom was a great host - very helpful and attentive. Sorry but the bathroom sink and tap was not clean, toilet was slightly dirty. The bathroom door did not close. The shower doors did not close either and the showerhead holder was broken. The drawers were broken (bottom had popped out). We had to ask for more toilet rolls, sugar in the morning and there was no sauce for the breakfast (but the breakfast was good). Outside cushions were dirty and that area just looked a little tired (maybe a paint to freshen up).
