Quiet location but close to everything

− Property was great but the stone bath was useless. Reason being that the hot water was slow and it takes a long time to heat the stone in the bath if you get what I’m saying

Lovely villas with privacy

The check-in process was easy. The staffing levels were excellent, and their attention to detail was very good. Breakfast in our villa cooked each morning at a time e that suited us was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious also. We enjoyed being so close to Icon mall and easy access to beach activities, walking track, and nice restaurants, but not the ones in the Icon mall, too overpriced 🙄🤷‍♀️

− We didn't appreciate that the pool cleaners arrived in the afternoon as we'd just arrived back from outing on one of our days there. They did say was it okay to clean the pool, but then added chemicals, and we could not swim for an hour, which we had planned to do when we came back. Also, our rowdy neighbours' next villa ( pretty sure we're also Australian) several afternoons, leading into evening's were boisterous and drinking. The villas are pretty good, locking out excessive noise, thankfully 🤷‍♀️🙄🤣

A great option for a relaxing stay in Sanur.

The villa is really well situated, down a laneway directly opposite the new Icon shopping centre. It’s close to bars and restaurants, but also secluded. The staff were very friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. The villa is comfortable and has everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will certainly stay there again.

− There wasn’t a lot not to like. Some of the amenities in the bathroom were a little basic. But that was a very minor thing in the grand scheme of things.

− If I had to complain, it would be about the pillows. Would definitely bring my own next time... but otherwise couldn't fault.
