An authentic Jamaican B & B on a private beach!

Wow! This place is great! If you are looking for beauty, nature, personal service and a little off the beaten path (and Negril is well beaten!) this is the place for you. This little gem on Little Bay, about 1/2 hour from Negril and 1.5 hours from the airport. The 2bdrm/ 1 bath sits right on the beach with a quiet bay out front, where you can swim and snorkel right outside your door. The nearby town is very small but living with the locals is so much more fun then the mob scene on 7 mile beach. This is a very special experience and one not to be missed. Richie and his family are there to cater to all of your needs and the food is wonderful. Enjoy!

This has been the most pleasant experience I've had staying at a hotel/motel/etc. Tecia (host) and Richie are kind people who care about their business and its customers. I stayed in a room on the same level as the public deck area. The rooms on that level are small, but nice and the balcony is shared. The bathroom has a saloon door so if you dont feel comfortable with your guest, I dont recommend these rooms (I dont know how the suite is designed). There's hot water, free breakfast, and the meals are inexpensive. Beach access is soooo close (within [a short] walking distance) and the view is amazing. The GPS didnt lead us to the site immediately but you can find it right next to Little Bay Cabins and Jamwest. This location isnt as busy or loud as others but you would occasionally hear the locals talking, music playing, and motorbikes passing by. I didnt want to be within the crowd (Negril) so this place was perfect. My only cons about this property was that the A/C wasnt the best so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep and we didnt put the fan on "high" because it seemed loose. I also found the room a bit darker than I wouldve liked and the wifi was weak (found it stronger on the deck) but I didnt come to Jamaica for any of that. Overall, it was a very private and pleasant experience. I would definitely be revisiting and would recommend this site to anyone wanting to visit Jamaica.

You have your own beach , no drinkable water ,no place to cook your own meals ,10 u.s for a pot of coffee,richies was not very honest with us
