− Should have been cleaned better prior to rental and perhaps serviced more regularly. More dish washing supplies and rubbish bags would have been nice.

8.0We appreciated the response of the Manager to a small matter. The location is excellent, the apartment was spacious and clean.
Great location and very well maintained.
9.0Location was fantastic, 10 minute walking distance to city central for retail therapy and great restaurants, including the Riverside Markets. Close to cinemas, museums and park. The apartment was very well equipped and having parking was fantastic. The apartments and building are very well maintained, very clean and organised. These apartments will be where we stay every-time we travel to Christchurch.
