Terrible hotel from hell. Hell in every way

− Every thing the dirt was one of worst I’ve ever seen or been to any hotel staff didn’t care about cockroaches, flies and pigeons in food and drink areas then in your room begging 2x to get big flying crawling cockroaches out as alone and scared took 3 hours of asking several times to finally get someone to help. Many staff rude and uncaring, noise 24/7 unbearable constant noise from every angle they definitely not 4* who awarded it needs to go back. I left after 5 nights couldn’t cope with all dirty areas every thing you did and no sleep

− Non posso dire niente di negativo nei confronti della struttura Abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta che spesso non si apriva ma sono sempre intervenuti subito e erano disposti a cambiarci la camera quindi non posso avere niente di negativo da segnalare

− Alcuni prezzi direi esageratissimi , la colazione costava 18 euro a testa a giorno quando nei bar vicini mangiavi tantissimo e spendevi 18 euro complessivo in 3 persone . Inoltre per l’uso della cassaforte chiedono 3,50 euro al giorno . È strano non abbiano chiesto un supplemento per la chiave dell’appartamento …ma in futuro chissà …
