Instructions to check in was given on time and easy to follow. There was ample parking space. The surrounding of the place was clean and beautiful. You can see the pool and the clear sky from the balcony. The pool was great and we also love the beach. Its near Kemaman (I had a meeting here) so this is definitely a perfect choice for a short working plus getaway. The place was super clean, the AC is cool and my husband loved the fact that he gets to watch the World Cup from the tv. The owner is very responsive and answered all our questions patiently.

− If you want to swim at the beach, this is not the place cos the water was a bit muddy the entire time we were there.

the apartment is spacious & complete with kitchen tools except no washing machinr the loc near walking distance to beach The beach is quite clean & not crowded with peoples

− The apartment was comfortable overall, but the lighting was quite dim. I also noticed that several other guests mentioned the same issue in their reviews. It would be great if brighter lights could be installed, particularly in the bedroom and living room. Additionally, the pool was closed from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on our check-out day, which was disappointing as my kids were looking forward to a swim before we left. 😊
