− Noise from the mosques. The website said Soundproofing, most definitely not. Not great lighting for reading in bed.

9.0The strategic location for tourists to explore penang esp Lebuh Armenian, Lebuh Chulia. But most of Georgetown's attraction is within the range and able to reach by foot.
− Only one lift available as another under maintenance
Good location but have low expectations from your room
6.0The check-in process was smooth and the location was fantastic.
− The walls were very thin and I couldn't sleep well at all. The room felt a bit claustro with a small window. The sheets and mattress could've been cleaner.

10.0Fantastic location within walking distance of almost every major attraction in George Town. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hawker stalls.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.
