8.0− The was a cockroack and a few other bugs in the bathroom. The door for the bathroom was hard to open and close, it kept getting stuck

− Shower was leaky, bathroom door was warped and sticking and a/c was partially functional.
Adequate facility. Excellent staff!
5.0The staff are wonderful! AND, I talked with REAL PEOPLE! Therewere no REAL PEOPLE to talk with using BOOKING.COM. I will NOT be using BOOKING.COM ever again nor suggest anyone use it!
