1.0The fact that you accept pets is nice
− The first room we were given had a broken toilet seat and a mildew stain encircling the toilet. There was mold - furry mold visibly growing on every kind of nasty stain in that room. We told the staff on duty and he did give us another key to the room next door. I checked the toilet, no problems there so we went to visit family as the room change had caused us to be late. Upon return, we discovered that there was black mold all over the lamp, the seat of the office chair was ripped up an it to was covered in furry mold.. stains all over the sides of the bed and the freezer was filthy and needed defrosting. It was just the filthiest room I have ever rented. It was too late to do anything about it.. but you should know, in South Texas you cannot close up a dirty room and cut off all air circulation and not expect mold.
