10.0The premises itself and the location are great (comfortable and close to both the city and MRT) but the standout for me was the lady who checked me in. Kelli (with an I) went above and beyond what's expected and made me feel completely at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she is the reason I'll use this hotel again. Exceptional service.

9.0Vriendelijk en behupzaam personeel. De locatie is echt perfect met de metro naast het hotel.
− De kamers zijn klein als je met 3 personen op een kamer slaapt.
