− Small rooms and facilities are a bit old. Rooms are clean though.

10.0We had a great stay at V Hotel Bencoolen! A special thanks to Kelli for her excellent service and warm hospitality. She kindly offered us a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Although the room wasn’t very spacious, it was comfortable enough to fit our medium-sized luggage. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the MRT station, making it very convenient to get around Singapore. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we truly appreciate Kelli’s thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

Bez problemu można zostawić w depozycie bagaże i tu wielka niespodzianka gdy je odbieraliśmy super uprzejmy pracownik zaoferował nam bezpłatnie pokój z możliwością skorzystania z prysznica, krótkiego relaksu czy przebrania się przed dalszą podróżą.
