Location is brilliant! Room was very spacious, clean and comfy. Entertainment team lovely

− Meal times in the restaurant were carnage- oversubscribed- too many guests, not enough space or food. Food ran out quickly and not replenished. Long queues. Just chaos and stressful. Pool murky, often had hair floating around in it Some bar staff very miserable and unfriendly until tipped!

− Très décevant. Serveur arrogant et désagréable, même avec les enfants, allant jusqu’à éteindre les lumières pour nous faire partir sans vérifier si nous avions terminé. Nous nous sommes plaints, mais aucune excuse. Climatisation très faible malgré plusieurs réclamations, sans aucune amélioration.

Très bon séjour de 4 nuits pour finir un périple de 15 jours au Maroc.

Proche de l’aéroport et du centre historique. L’étage où était situé notre chambre avait été refait il y a peu de temps. Donc chambre propre.

− Plats pas trop variés mais bon. Pour les desserts il faut se servir rapidement au risque d’avoir peu de choix

Great Location but a Bizarre 4-Star All-Inclusive Disappointment...Not worth the price!

Check-in/check out was a smooth process and one of the hotel workers was lovely to help us with our suitcases. The receptionist who welcomed us late in the evening was absolutely lovely and made sure we knew dinner was ending soon. What I didn't know was that I had to pay some sort of ''tourist tax'' for the stay of my family at the hotel, maybe it could've been communicated better in the future at the time of booking? But otherwise we didn't have a major issue. Majority of the staff, workers, and cleaners were very lovely, friendly, and respectful. The reception and hotel entrance feature very nice decor. The pool layouts for adults and children are nicely designed. The kids area has nice toy statues and a fountain for the kids to enjoy The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to local areas, catch taxis to famous attractions, and shop at Jemaa el-Fnaa. We visited Menara Mall about 15 mins walk from the hotel which has alot of expensive shops and high end products. There are alot of taxi drivers opposite the hotel who wait for hotel stayers to come out and ask them if they want a taxi to go somewhere. The hotel does excursions and days out but we didn't book through them due to our impressions of the hotel. Rooms are a great size, has a TV with channels in different languages, a empty fridge to keep drinks/food cool and a good sized bathroom. Facilities in the room were decent, but WIFI was atrocious!

− Rude Restaurant Manager:On arrival, we were told we could still have dinner, but despite having 15 minutes left, the restaurant manager was extremely rude, disrespectful and refused to communicate with us. We were left with unsuitable leftovers and dry bread, which was an awful first impression, especially with children and dietary requirements. No Drinking Water: Despite paying for an all-inclusive stay, there was no drinking water in our room, and both the bar and restaurant refused to help. At 11 PM, after a flight with children, we had to leave the hotel to buy water from Carrefour Market — completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Food Quality & Crowds: Breakfast had very little variety and was the same every day, while tables were often left messy. Lunch queues exceeded 45 minutes, and dinner was extremely crowded, with long waits for food to be replenished and limited vegetarian/pescatarian options. Cross-contamination was also a concern, with guests using the same serving utensils for different dishes. Poor Restaurant Etiquette: On our first night, a staff member took our plates while we were still eating without asking. Staff also constantly hovered around tables, making us feel rushed to finish and leave rather than enjoy our meals. Pool Issues: Finding a sunbed was extremely difficult, with guests reserving them for hours, leaving us standing in the heat. The inner pool edges also had visible green algae and slippery surfaces, raising concerns about hygiene and safety. Room Amenities & Smells:There was no iron in the room and only minimal toilet paper was provided. Hallways and lifts frequently smelled strongly of rotten eggs, while wet puddles around the lifts were left uncleared. Bar & Entertainment: There was no clear timetable or written information about entertainment, so we missed most of it. The bar also had a limited selection and frequently ran out of ice, which was particularly disappointing.
