8.0We love coming here each year but it seems to be going down in standards. Many rooms have air conditioning that does not work so we had to change until we got a good one. Bathrooms need better cleaning as well as pool. Some staff were great, some not so great. The food was quite good. Breakfast, view and pool great value for price. The lasagne they had in 2015 was amazing..bring back the old chef. Please put hand soap in rooms. I should not have to demand it after being told to use the pump soap in shower!! People need to wash hands after toilet!!! So shocked to see cotton buds, toothbrushes, hair cap in bathroom but no hand soap for sink in any room!! Next year I will try out other hotels.
