− solo piccole cose della stanza (scarico del bagno), assolutamente trascurabili vista l'odpitalità e la qualità degli arredi, l'ampiezza della stanza e la fantastica colazione, con moltissime opzioni

Die Suite war hübsch gelegen, ebenerdig im Nebengebäude im Hinterhof. Dadurch war vom Straßenverkehr nichts zu hören. Die AC hat gut funktioniert. Es gab einen Sitzplatz vor der Tür, ein großes Zimmer und ein relativ großes Bad. Der kleine Parkplatz im Hinterhof bot genug Platz.

− Der sehr hohe Preis weckt Erwartungen, die nicht erfüllt wurden. Die Möbel waren ziemlich abgenutzt. Es gab keinen Haartrockner, keine Kosmetiktücher, kein Bügelbrett und -eisen, keine Steckdose in der Nähe eines Spiegels. Das Frühstück war zwar auf Wunsch warm, allerdings in überschaubaren Portionen. Es war nur eine einzige Tasse Kaffee inklusive und der Frühstückstisch umfasste lediglich altes Obst, etwas Joghurt und Cerealien sowie Croissants und Marmelade. Weiterer Toast und Butter: Fehlanzeige. Das passt nicht zu solch hohen Übernachtungspreisen. Zum Check-out um 10 Uhr war dass Restaurant verschlossen und die Rezeption unzugänglich, kein Mitarbeiter mehr sichtbar. Nur durch lautes Rufen und Klopfen an der Küche fand sich dann doch noch jemand, der den Schlüssel entgegen nahm. Unschön war auch das Verhalten einer Mitarbeiterin, die auf die Frage, wo denn die wiederbefüllbare Wasserflasche sei (auf die per Zettel hingewiesen wurde und deren Mitnehmen zurecht mit einer hohen Strafe belegt wurde), vorwurfsvoll antwortete, die Gäste hätten durch Diebstähle das ganze System zerstört. Das tut mir für den Hotelier sehr leid, aber wir waren es nicht. Uns deshalb so vorwurfsvoll anzusprechen, war daher unpassend.
