Добрый день, к сожалению, я бы не рекомендовал ваш отель. Я юрист, и не являюсь специалистом в отельном бизнесе, но характер работы мне дает возможность объективно оценивать данную услугу. Единственные ваши плюсы это недорогая стоимость и место расположение отеля. Чтобы быть объективным, скажу минусы. Общее впечатление от номера (Жил в №614). Конечно все старое. Покрывала на кровати страшные, изношенные.Белье сносное. Стулья оббивка страшная. Плафоны страшные старые. А трубы противопожарной безопасности это шедевр. Ну да ладно, все это связано с финансовыми вложениями и вы не претендуете на пять звезд. Но особо неприятное впечатление оставили два момента. Первый когда я попросил постирать и погладить рубашку и мне отказали, хотя в прейскуранте данная услуга заявлена. Второе, я, так бывает, порезался во время бритья и в отеле не оказалось ни кабинета медсестры, ни даже просто аптечки, ни на этаже, ни у администратора. Или хотя бы просто лейкопластыря!!! Ребят. Вы меня конечно извините, но как вы вообще осуществляете деятельность, связанную с проживанием граждан......а если, более значимые несчастные случаи, скорая может и не успеть, предметы первой скорой помощи, да просто элементарная водительская аптечка на каждом этаже за 200 рублей , мне кажется не обеднеете. Извините, Это единственное неприятное впечатление от Казани. Был первый раз в городе, город потрясающий, и рекомендую всем друзьям к посещению, чего не могу сказать о вашем отеле. Извините,

Отель находится в отличном районе, это самый центр, почти перед входом в гостиницу есть станция метро, остановка ОТ. Тут же две самые популярные пешеходные улицы Казани. До Кремля 20 минут прогулочного шага, множество кафешек и магазинов с сувенирами и не только на любой вкус. В соседнем здании огромный торговый центр с кинотеатром. Сам номер чистый, ванная комната с душем, удивило наличие новых полотенец. Мебель не особо новая, но этого и не требовалось. Какого-то уникального дизайна номера нет, все стандартно. Снизил балл за отсутствие кондиционера, летом и на такой оживленной улице это ощущалось сильно. При открытом окне летом уснуть проблематично, шум часов до 3 ночи и часов с 5 утра. Wi-Fi роутер стоял прямо в номере на холодильнике, скорость 5 мбит/с, более, чем. В гостинице есть три лифта. А ещё из окна потрясающая панорама на город! Фото номера прикладывать не буду, они соответствуют описанию.

Rude and drunk staff!

Terrible customer service! Super rude reception and security staff! Drunk security arguing and raising voice! Not recommended at all. The only positive moment is location - that's it! Абсолютно неприемлемое отношение к постояльцам. Пьяный охранник у входа повышает голос и унижает постояльцев. Имя - Самитов Ильяс Мансурович. Но руководству на это плевать.

Все было хорошо кроме Wifi. Медленная и часто отключается. Поэтому для путешествия, я советую эту гостиницу, но Ваше путешествие для работы, то может быть неудобное место.

Well Kazan is one ofRussias another place of destination. great place warm hospitality. tourism is more on them also . best tourist destination 2019 much better during winter and lovely people to join with hope someday i can travel again with this place.
