A wow hotel in Dubai, close by with lots of shops and malls.Great ambiance and invironment a friendly staff especially in the front desk that keep smiling as soon as I arrived. I would probably recommend this fabulous hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you loads pearl hotel for being so great to me during my stayed.

Disappointing Hotel spoiled our trip

First day of checkin we found several floor tiles in bedroom all cracked and broken with sharp edges dangerus to walk on it Also noticed Roches in the room Sofa bed broken Hotel staff could not change our room cuz no other room was available for 2 days We even tried to find another hotel but could not find apartment hotel or suite that could accomodate 6 person After 2 days we moved to another room that also had roches Terrible experience Also very far from metro Hotel staff would not even help us to get a taxi Very very bad would never recommend any one

Some problem is there with this apartment, right from the moment you enter inside the hotel. The guy at the reception was in no mood to help. Flatly, he handed over the keys to us saying that they were left with only this room. The room was not cleaned. Cockroaches were roaming around freely and a typical bad smell was coming from the kitchen and toilet. No curtain in the bathroom, no rods in the cabinet. The ironing station was having only one thin layer of cloth that too torn off. Actually, it is a very old building and some how the owner is carrying on the hotel business best known to him only. Not a happening place to stay with family or friends. Avoid if you can Dk

We booked last minute as we got on an earlier flight. Arriving in Dubai we took a taxi. Unfortunately after driving around for a long time and asking 3 other taxi drivers we had to give up. Impossible to find this hotel. We ended up boots Novotel instead and lost the money for this hotel obviously.

Mid Budget Service Apartments in the heart of Dubai

To start of with the rooms are very neatly maintained. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which has a dining, living, kitchen with utensils, plates and other required stuff for the kitchen, one bed room , one common wash room and a master bedroom with a bath attached. The rooms have a microwave, washing machine, ironing table, iron box, 4 burner gas stove and a water heater. The linen is really clean and is changed every day. The cleaning staff ensure that the room is well maintained through out the day. Security in the Hotel is very good. The area is quiet accessible to all parts of Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dabhi. Walk able distance from ADCB Metro station. Near to Spinneys and Burjuman Shopping Mall. Overall a good place to stay.
