10.0Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Tout était parfait. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux et variés. Mention spéciale pour la directrice de l'hôtel et de son assistante qui ont été impeccables avec nous.

− Começando pelo check-in, foi um pouco confuso e acredito que seria mais fácil se este estivesse escrito em algum lado. O alojamento em si precisa de várias renovações, a janela não fechava logo não isolava o som como deveria (numa rua com uma estrada ao lado, seria algo bom), havia várias manchas no sofá e na divisória entre a cama e a sala, se forma a parecer que as coisas têm falta de limpeza. A piscina não parece ter manutenção, uma vez que o chão dela está verde. Sobre a cozinha, sentimos falta de coisas básicas como detergente para a loiça, sal, azeite... Uma vez que os talheres e pratos cheiravam todos a mofo, seria bom poder ao menos lavá-los com um detergente. Por fim, e isto foi a gota de água, tivemos uma infestação de formigas, da qual já estavam a subir para a cama. Informamos logo a responsável da situação, que teve um discurso bastante informal, uma vez que estava a querer culpar-nos disso ter acontecido, ou seja, por termos comido no alojamento, uma vergonha... Após 1 hora esta aparece no alojamento com insecticidas e pelo menos resolveu o problema, no entanto estes insecticidas provocaram irritação na garganta durante o resto da noite. Para que este problema deixe de acontecer, recomendo selar as portas como deve ser. Em relação ao preço, acho que foi bastante caro para aquilo que recebemos, certamente não voltarei a hospedar-me lá.
