10.0Acho que sem dúvida alguma o ponto alto é sua localização. Beira mar, 10 minutos andando do Pontal de Maracaípe, próximo ao centro (15min de carro).
− As instalações são boas mas estão precisando de um carinho. Gramado, jardim, as madeiras, pintura, azulejos das piscinas, os chalés mais distantes da praia que parecem ser mais antigos. Eles tem uma espécie de fazendinha que não deveria nem ser divulgado, está em péssimo estado de conservação.
