Creio que o hotel seja mt bom, mas minha experiência foi prejudicada pela reforma em andamento.
7.0A acomodação era muito confortável. Espaçosa, limpa, recém reformada. Ar condicionado, tv e frigobar funcionando perfeitamente. Dentro do quarto não tivemos problema algum, fora o barulho da obra. Realmente gostei da acomodação. A localização é bastante fácil e o estacionamento é coberto e bem controlado.
− Muito frustrada ao chegar e perceber que o hotel estava em obras. Eu tinha a opção de ficar hospedada na casa de familiares, mas como viajei com criança pequena optei pelo hotel justamente pra poder ter mais silêncio e tranquilidade. Então além dos barulhos de obra, a área comum do hotel estava com bastante poeira e alguns espaços inutilizáveis, como a piscina. Até tentamos usar a piscina, mas no entorno estava cheio de móveis que foram retirados para a reforma, a área estava suja, totalmente usada como depósito pra reforma. O café da manhã foi provisoriamente montado na recepção do hotel e houve bastante desorganização para repor a mesa do café da manhã no primeiro dia. Precisam se atentar quanto a limpeza dessa área. Devido a reforma, os locais onde pratos e talheres estavam dispostos estava completamente cheio de poeira, dando um aspecto bem desagradável. Em 2 noites que passamos lá, nosso quarto não teve nenhuma limpeza, apesar de ter ficado vazio o dia todo. Quando cheguei, solicitei que fizessem a arrumação, mas pelo horário já não realizavam o serviço. Pedi que ao menos trocassem o lixo do banheiro e o tapete que já estava molhado. Creio que o hotel em outras circunstâncias seja muito bom, mas minha experiência foi bem prejudicada pela reforma.
