Cata Pas prévenu que la piscine était fermée sinon je n'aurais jamais réservé dans cet hôtel aucun standard téléphonique personne pour nous accueillir je me reviendrai plus dans cet établissement

Falsely Advertised Property

I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply.
