− We could not move two large cases up the stairs.So we decided NOT to stay.A waste of our money. We are pensioners,who bneeded to know that there was no lift,and we were booked in high up in the building.

− If the TV was mounted on the wall I could use the table to put things on. The bathroom would be better if it had a shelf and some hooks on the back of the door.

− Disappointing lack of communication/information from staff. Like the room, I felt out of the way and forgotten.
A grand old place that is past its best and desperately in need of investment.
5.0Location and relatively clean. Staff were friendly
− Broken window in bathroom. Unable to open any windows in the bedroom on a very hot night so really didn’t sleep well. Finding the room on the night, main room was closed so had to walk around the building which is a bit of maze to try and find our room. No clear signs, just keep wandering around a boiling hotel until we found a route through.
