1.0The restaurant and staff.
− The check in time is incorrect on your web-site. We were a little early, killed some time and returned in an hour as suggested then the desk clerk tells us check in isn't until 4:00, when I questioned not ready in 1/2 hour when i checked back at 2:30. she should have stated from the beginning and to be truthful, we were there at 11:30, after our SPA treatment, and returned at 1:30, and there was no one in the lot for the hotel, so not having a room available by 3:00 was joke. NYC maybe 4:00 not stinking Springfield, DELCO! The receptionist was not helpful at all, didn't even attempt to be accommodating. And this hotel doesn't even have a pool
