Good Restaurant, Bad Room Temperature, Bad Bannis
6.0Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it or putting decorations on it, then it is very hard to get up and down stairs. But the wait staff is really very nice, and the food is good.

6.0Too much noise at night. People screaming at the pool late at night. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Orange juice was powdered, and the coffee tasted like water with milk. I had fried eggs and was served the yellow part.

4.0The staff questioning whether your a guest each time you enter the hotel gets is odd. We could hear the loud music from neighboring businesses. Neighborhood a bit sketchy.
