10.0The hotel was very nice and the ambiance in the hotel was beautiful. I enjoyed their accessibilities and the hotel was in a good location. They came everyday with fresh new towels whether you wanted room cleaning or not.
− Everything was exceptional except for one male at the front desk that seemed pretty rude outside of that 10/10.

8.0Hotel is in a very quiet location, they provide all the bathroom amenities you need which were very nice. The onsen is very good at the end of a long day. There is a restaurant attached, while we didn't eat there i did use it for coffee in the morning. In the afternoon they provided free coffee/water and some candy.
− The rooms are very small and we had a deluxe room with a garden patio. It is out of the way, it's a 13 minute walk to the main train station and there is nothing else around except for 2 temples. While they have two laundry machines / dryer combos in the basement they do not dry the clothes, we ran the dryer for over an hour and they were still wet which was an issue when you need to pack wet clothes.

− Weiche Matratze. Frühstück, japanisch und western, verursachte uns Durchfall. Sehr unpersönlich und rigide.
