− Sólo puse 9 porque no tiene cochera, y la cochera próxima con la que el hotel tiene convenio tiene espacios muy estrechos. Pero todo lo demás fue excelente

1.0Atendimento péssimo! Não respondem mensagens! O acesso ao hotel estava bloqueado em função da aglomeração de pessoas devido ao jogo final da copa do mundo e o staff do hotel não se dignou a nos avisar de que não havia acesso nem providenciou uma forma de garantir que pudéssemos chegar, apesar da tentativa de contato. Após 3 horas, tivemos que procurar outro hotel para passar a noite, pois já era 20:30 e não responderam minhas mensagens!! Mesmo assim, não efetuaram o cancelamento e cobraram a diária! Um total absurdo!

− General disrepair. Nicks and scratches. Shower overflowed to bathroom and to the room. In 5 days housekeeping came to the room only once.
