− Hot water don't available, phone in the room is broken. No refrigerator in the superior room. It's hard to flush.

1.0− The room and the hotel in general is not like the pictures! Really dirty, we asked to clean the bathroom and they literally just took the hair piles from the shower, nothing else, which it is unacceptable that we found them in any case! It was really pricey , 30 euros per night is a lot of money for this situation, and the stuff seemed not helpful at all.
