10.0An exceptional stay and an unforgettable experience! The hotel is absolutely wonderful in every aspect. The Deluxe room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and high professionalism. A very special thanks goes to Miss Doaa at the reception desk for her welcoming smile, great helpfulness, and efficiency in handling everything with pure kindness. The dedication of the entire team made our stay truly memorable, and we will definitely be back again.
