− As fotos mostram uns quartos de qualidade excelente, o problema que o quarto a cama era de péssima qualidade, as roupa de cama e banho são muito velhas e ruins, os travesseiros eram da espessura dos lençóis, uma decepção.
Salvo el episodio del agua estuvo todo correcto.
8.0Estaba muy cerca del shopping Midway. El restaurante excelente. Los funcionarios del restaurante muy atentos. Gustavo Excelente.
− Un día me estaba duchando y me quedé sin agua. Llamaba por telefono a la recepción y me daba ocupado. Tuve que vestirme y bajar a la recepción. La solución que me daban era subirme un balde con agua. Mi respuesta fue yo no pagué 300 reales la diaria para bañarme con un balde. Pedí el libro de quejas y no tenían, me dieron un papel donde efectué el reclamo.
