Obiekt jest pięknie położony, właściciele i pracownicy bardzo mili i pomocni. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona w naczynia. Prze
8.0Obiekt położony jest na przepięknym terenie z mnóstwem drzew i roślin. Teren zielony jest bardzo zadbany
− Łazienka niestety była najsłabszym ogniwem obiektu. Każdy po całym dniu lubi się wykąpać w czystości. Toaleta była tak blisko natrysku że można być układać nogi na brodziku- ktoś większy miałby spory problem. Zasłonka prysznicowa miała u dołu nieczystości a i sam prysznic działał słabo. Łazienki nadają się do remontu. Wentylator przenośny niewiele daje podczas upału i ciężko było z tego powodu korzystać w kuchni.

8.0Lo spazio verde in cui si è immersi unito alla spiaggia letteralmente a 2 passi dalla struttura offrono a chiunque un luogo dove rilassarsi
− Purtroppo l'impossibilità di regolare la temperatura dell'acqua della doccia e la scarsità di bar o ristoranti nelle vicinanze (ovviamente questa seconda non colpa della struttura di per sè) rovinano un po' l'esperienza generale

9.0Il parco in cui erano collocate le villette, la zona lettura, la lavanderia, le docce esterne, la pulizia dei vialetti, la privacy che la disposizione garantiva...
− Queste strutture dovrebbero fare rete con le altre organizzazioni turistiche della Calabria, almeno della Costa degli dei, per permettere a chi soggiorna di conoscere meglio le varie iniziative, spiagge, trekking, visite a città, borghi, musei... del territorio.

5.0Posizione comoda per il mare e spazio esterno molto bello e curato con area bambini ,da proteggersi con spray anti zanzare
− Arredamento e materassi poco comodi e datati , bisognerebbe aggiungere almeno uno specchio e rimodernare gli interni

10.0Le villette sono immerse in uno splendido parco a 50 metri dalla spiaggia. Ottima posizione per visitare la costa degli dei.
