− Bettsofa war extrem unbequem, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Danach Zimmer gewechselt und beides war in Ordnung.

− Check In dauerte lange, da zur vorgegebenen Zeit doch noch kein Zimmer frei war

Parking at this hotel is for 20 € per night available. Underground parking has an entrance height of 2,10 m and offers e-charging stations. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. If there are no parking spaces available when you arrive, please contact our colleagues at reception. Please note the seperate entrance: The entrance is on Kleinschmitdstraße. You can easily reach the hotel reception via the elevator.
From Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, cross the Willy-Brandt-Platz and walk along the Kurfursten-Anlage. Keep following the road until you reach our hotel - it's only a 15-minute walk away from the train station.
