Close to the River. Views from Riverside room. Only cafe in Mannum offering a hot breakfast (not bakery). Was clean and tidy. Staff welcoming.

Our room was excellent and spacious. This may have been due to where it was located in the complex. The idea of an individual room hot water storage system was good. No waiting till the hot water reached the room.
