− The staff need training. Check-in 2 pm. Got there after a day in the road at 1.55 pm. Response was I’m on a break for another 5 minutes. So about 2.10 someone came out to check us in. But the phone rang. So that was the priority for the next 5 minutes. Not answer the phone and put them on hold and check us in. Nope. It’s a small thing. But bad customer service sets the scene On the positive nice room good location

Echt een top verblijf en we hadden hier graag wat langer gebleven maar helaas moesten we verder.
10.0Dit was echt de verrassing van onze vakantie. We kregen de kamer op de hoek, een soort van woonkamer / keukentje / eetkamer met een aparte slaapkamer. Alles is aanwezig en alles is brandschoon. Een televisie in de woonkamer en een televisie in de slaapkamer, goede verduisterende gordijnen en een heerlijk bed. De badkamer is modern met een dubbele wastafel en zelfs een dubbele douche. De kamers liggen boven het restaurant maar er is totaal geen overlast van geluid en het uitzicht over de zee is prachtig.

10.0The room was a good size, the shower was fantastic, I loved the restaurant downstairs and the staff were all friendly. The lovely lady on the desk (it felt like she was in charge of the whole place) have great advice on what to do in the area and was happy to have a chat and give those recommendations. The location was great, so close to everything you want and need. Don't need a car when you are that close to everything.
