− Kelengkapan rumah kurang memuaskan... Pinggan dan sudu makan tak disediakan... Water Heather kurang memuaskan dan sudah lama...air perlahan...harap boleh di perbaiki untuk pelanggan seterusnya...
I like the hotel and facilities. But i am shocked that we have to pay extra for waterpark
7.0The hotel should remind guests that waterpark and pool did not included in the room price.
− I am shocked when I knew that the pool is not allowed to be used by the hotel guest without paying fee entrance for waterpark. It is so weird and different from other hotels.

Bayou Lagoon Water Park is closed on every Tuesday for maintenance, but the swimming pool will remain open on Tuesdays.
