8.0Very nice hotel in Kowloon. Double the price of small, dirty hostels. Half the price as big, expensive hotels. More than worth it, if you're looking for a simple, comfortable room. Not luxurious, but definitely much better than a hostel.

1.0Unfortunately, there was very little that I liked about the property. The only positive aspect was that one member of the front desk team was polite, professional and tried to assist me appropriately during check-in. Aside from that, my overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness, poor service and unacceptable room conditions.
− What I disliked about the property was the poor condition and lack of cleanliness within the room. The overall standard was not what I expected, with visible signs that proper cleaning and maintenance had been overlooked. The dirty shower curtain, the build-up of residue, and the presence of insects in the room created an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. These issues had a significant impact on my stay and made me feel that the property was not being maintained to an acceptable standard.

10.0Great value - good location good room, good internet. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was of good size. No noise at all inside the room.

− There was no toiletries, only towels. The amount of money you pay, and nothing was for free. We had to buy a plug adaptor to just charge our phones and laptops. No usb or ctype plug point. The hairdryer was 100 years old. It was really expensive. The lift was literally opened up onto my bedroom door. I have stayed at many hotel rooms in many countries .. this was the worst.
