This facility has no reception for customer. And, they did not provide the refreshment service. If you would like to stay this apartment, you should clean the room and refill the consumable items (i.e. toilet paper, dish cleaner, shampoo) by yourself.

Although there were towels in the washing machine and the floor needed a vacuum in the living room. The one bedroom apartment had all that is needed for the 10 day stay.

Harbour Watch

We had several functions in the area and found the accommodation great for public transport - as it was an apartment, shops were close enough to walk. Lovely view and the bedroom was double glazed to block out the traffic noise. The only real drawback is accessibility and lack of visitor parking.

Smelly Room

The hotel was easy to find and in a reasonable location. We arrived and had to make a phone call to be let into the room. As it was late we settled in for the night. The following day we were woken up with a terrible smell, which lasted about half an hour but was awful, this happened every single day of the stay. We think it was someone else in the block cooking but don't want to start trying to guess what it was!!! When you book this hotel with Hotels it says limited parking but does not give you an option to book parking, so we were unable to. When there we asked to book parking but were informed that they have 3 apartments but only one space, and this was booked out. We asked if there was anywhere else to park and they said they would try and find out for us, no phone calls back and we had to do the chasing, well the reason they were not very helpful was there was no more parking, without paying nearly $100 a day, no street parking at all, believe me we walked miles. We eventually found parking for our stay but had to arrange this ourselves with no help from the owners. So if you have a car and stay here make sure you book parking otherwise you will be stuck. Well back to the room, it was clean and had everything in the kitchen but the toilet smelt and we had a cockroach in the bathroom. So if you have no sense of smell this place would be a great place to stay, if not and you have a car, you would be better off looking else where.
