− Não avisaram que a limpeza dos quartos é só 3X por semana. Tive problemas no check in para encontrar a reserva, o funcionário só resolveu depois que ligou para a gerente, mas nada grave

− The shower floor is very dingy like it's not clean. I had to keep my slides on in the shower because I was too scared to let my feet touch the shower floor.
