10.0Hotel Residenza d'Epoca je naozaj priamo na rohu ulice s vežou. Je zaujímavo riešený s pekným mini schodiskom. Každá izba má iný názov a iný výhľad. Nám sa naša izba páčila.
− Bohužiaľ v jeden večer, kedy sme naozaj boli veľmi unavené z dlhej túry, začali sa po polnoci tak hlasno rozprávať a vykrikovať kuchári, resp. zamestnanci z reštaurácie pod ubytovaním, že nepomohlo, ani keď sme zavreli balkón.
Horrible attitude.

− My main complaint is the staff’s attitude and communication. Even before any problems arose, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Replies were often abrupt, including “No. Just no.” They also repeatedly spoke to us in Italian despite knowing we did not understand, and the front desk was often unattended. From arrival, we felt unwelcome. During our stay, an illness incident meant the room was left in an unacceptable condition. I apologised in person and accepted responsibility for reasonable cleaning costs, including replacing the bedsheets. The other issues were minor: a moved mattress and spilled crisps. After speaking to us, the property decided not to charge for cleaning or damage. However, after I posted my review, they contacted me on WhatsApp saying that unless I deleted it, they would send photos and videos to Booking.com and claim damages. By their own account, they had already decided not to charge me, but changed their position because of the review. I have reported this to Booking.com, as guests should not be pressured into removing honest feedback. The showers also took a long time to heat up, and the air conditioning was loud without cooling the room properly. Overall, this was a sharp contrast to the welcoming treatment we received at other hotels.
