2.0First room (and only one with private bathroom) had a window missing. Was moved to another very very basic room, old no heating and dirty!! Have been promised a full refund

8.0The TV was not working properly beds to small, the shower bath was dirty the sink in the bedroom was pot holes...
Poor accommodation
4.0Staff was polite and helpful. Bathroom was disgusting. I couldn’t use it. The selling in my room had a hole which was covered with tape The smell, the dirt was just ……. I can’t find description for that.

2.0It is very unpleasant very unprofessional, I booked the hotel ,after I’ve paid the money They called me and said the room is booked by someone else,I then had to book another room and wait 10 days for the refund. Very unhappy .

4.0The room seemed in a poor state, Unfortunately the shared bathroom needs a really good clean and if poss renew, The shared toilet was stained that looked like old staining also no toilet roll
