10.0We had a great visit at the Hotel Flor. Anthony and Gabriel, the parking valets, greeted us. They were kind and helpful. They also assisted us when we departed. AK, the Front Desk rep, was very helpful and answered all our questions. Our favorite person was Don (Donye), the shuttle driver. He was professional, charming and helpful. He was a delight!

10.0The service was great! I really appreciated the valet service. Cyrus, Nick, and Ravi were so very helpful. They were speedy and very accommodating. Their help made my stay much more pleasant and convenient.
