9.0The hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were all very pleasant.
− It was all great
Pleasant short break in Lisbon.
7.0The hotel was reasonable for food and drinks. In a good location for outside restaurants etc. Nice decoration downstairs in foyer and bar area.
− Not enough staff at the bar in the day and evening time. Most of the time there was only one member of staff, resulting in waiting a long time to be served. Once I waited for over 30 minutes 🙄 There was one spare pillow in the bedroom. When I asked for another for myself, I was told there was none left in the hotel which I find quite unbelievable 😬Just think they could not be bothered to look. Could have done with a kettle and tea and coffee in the bedroom.
