− I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The staff were not helpful at all. I called the front desk several times, but no one answered the phone. When assistance was needed, the response was very slow and unprofessional. The hotel also seemed to accommodate many intoxicated guests, which created an uncomfortable environment for families. In my opinion, this is not a family-friendly hotel. The room maintenance was poor. The bathroom door was damaged and could not be locked properly. The toilet was also not clean upon arrival, which was unacceptable. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and maintenance standards did not meet my expectations. I will not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
