− Ninguém para ajudar com as bagagens até o quarto e um check in bem simples sem muitas explicações , a sauna do hotel não esquenta direito ,a piscina é morna quase fria não tem regras um Monte de crianças pulando em toda área desorganizada sempre sem toalhas tem que pedir toda vez . Acústica do quarto é bem ruim você escuta tudo , Chuveiro o ralo não dá conta você toma banho e vai juntando água suja até a canela A privada estava vazando água A internet não chega direito no quarto bem ruim também Academia com equipamentos muito velhos e poucas opções e péssima tá lá só para constar Para o preço que pagamos esperava algo bem melhor

8.0El personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, cerca del lago, del centro y de varios restaurantes y cafeterias. El desayuno es increible!! Todas las tardes pasabamos a relajarnos en la pileta climatizada. Muy linda experiencia.
