− Banheiros antigos. A garagem não era coberta e não havia um guarda chuva na recepção para oferecer aos hóspedes.

− A água do chuveiro não estava esquentando e o jantar do restaurante poderia ter maior variedade.

− El edificio no tiene mantenimiento, despintado, carece de sillas en la playa y te cobran el uso de la toalla. El personal no da abasto con el trabajo del hotel, en el desayuno se acabó el café! Falta personal.
