3.0The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were friendly, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. This hotel is nowhere near the standard of a 4-star property. The photos on Booking are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of either the hotel or the room. The reality is completely different from what is advertised. The room looked old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The bathroom was in terrible condition, the bed linens had visible stains, the curtains were stained and damaged, and overall the room did not feel clean or well cared for. Even the balcony was completely different from the one shown in the Booking photos, which was very misleading. To make matters even worse, we found a cockroach in the bathroom immediately after checking in. That was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. We chose this hotel based on its photos and rating, expecting a quality stay, but the reality was far below expectations. Apart from the excellent staff, nothing lived up to what was advertised. I would not stay here again and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine 4-star experience.
