− Our bed was very hard and our shower needed a deep clean.
Very comfortable and conveniently located.

− Housekeeping during our stay seemed less thorough, amenities not replaced, waste paper basket not empty.

7.0Room were nice and clean, furniture was beautiful and overall hotel style too. Staff was kind.
− Breakfast was really really poor. We had just one single towel per person and they didn't come to clean the room/change the towel. Unfortunately our rooms were facing the streets and there's a lot of noise that kept all of us awake both nights. Price of the spa is very high, there should be a good deal for guests at least. For this level of hotel and considering all the beautiful hotels available in Georgetown for cheap prices, the service should have been much better.

− Starting to show maintenance issue
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Payments using debit cards are not accepted at this property. Card payments must be made using most major credit cards only. (See policies for list of accepted cards)
