O local é excecional com uma praia soberba e uma vista excecional de cortar o coração. Os empregados são fenomenais (tratam-nos pelo nosso nome). Quem necessitar de uns dias de descanso e da natureza, é um local altamente recomendado. A complementar tudo isso, temos ainda os golfinhos na praia, e os espetaculares micos (macaquinhos) que vão ao hotel à procura de bananinhas.

El hotel es hermoso, rodeado de naturaleza y con vistas increíbles a la playa. El personal super atento y amable en todo momento. El desayuno buffet es riquisimo y muy completo. Y tengo que destacaar que nos dimos uno d elos mejores masajes en este hotel. Esta ubicado en la parte superior de una playa super tranquila, a una caminata de distancia (yendo por la playa) de la bajada principal de Madeiro, pero ideal para relajar.

Toda experiência foi magnífica. Todos trabalhadores muito atenciosos e prestativos, nos sentimos parte de uma família ali, como se estivéssemos sendo atendidos por verdadeiros amigos. Café da manhá impecável. Quarto âmplo, aconchegante, tudo de bom. Sem prepocupação com restaurente, pois o do hotel atende as demandas com sobra. O contato com a natureza que temos no hotel é incrível, até alguns animais (como macaquinhos) tivemos a oportunidade de ver e até interagir.

− Moscas que são inevitáveis na região, mas ainda assim o hotel usou de meios para resolver isso.

Excelente atendimento da equipe do hotel, café da manhã maravilhoso e hotel super lindo. Com saída direto para a praia e um bar na praia para curtir. O restaurante é maravilhoso e é uma excelente opção para quem não quer sair do hotel para jantar ou almoçar.

Vista do quarto e atenção dos funcionários, comida do restaurante maravilhosa!

− Falta organizaçao, melhoria na limoeza geral dos quartos, manutençao dos móveis: fiquei na suite superior sendo uma das melhores e gavetas quebradas, roupa de cama e toalhas com odores não muito agradáveis, falta de reposição de itens como papel higienico, amenities e água nos quartos. Precisam colocar um lava pés quando chegamos do acesso da praia. Estão em manutençao, deviam bloquear a piscina e iniciar as obras após às 9hs.
