Don't be disabled in this Comfort Inn.
3.0Not much. Their ADA rooms are NOT ADA. And they tried to charge me for my service dog, which is illegal. Later stating it was a " damage deposit" that had nothing to do with my dog. But initially the employee?called it a " Pet fee" Said they didnt see me take my dog out... when my fiance and I took her out 4 times and he took her out multiple times by himself. They lie, Ada beds are not supposed to be higher than 23"..their beds are closer to 36" And their bathrooms are NOT Compliant. If you reserve an ADA room here...make sure you get the room you reserved or youll be banging into furniture and struggling to get in and out of bed. When I checked in I heard one of the employees say: " I dont want that dog in the room with the King size bed." Which is what I reserved.
− See above. They didnt put me in the room I reserved, which dominoed into bigger problems. Don't stay here if youre dusabled.
