Séjour extraordinaire mais qui aurait pu être parfait

L'emplacement est réellement extraordinaire, l'île donnant une impression de petit paradis. L'hôtel est spacieux, tout comme les chambres. L'équipe qui dans l'ensemble se démène pour vous faire plaisir. La propreté de l'ensemble et l'effort sur le nettoyage des chambres. La cuisine du restaurant.

− L'heure de départ (check out obligatoire à 11h) est trop tôt et franchement désagréablement rappelé toute la journée de la veille et même par whatsapp. Pas de transfert à la capitainerie alors que la température est caniculaire : au moins les bagages sont gérés mais on se trouve un peu pris au dépourvu. Les équipements et la conception de l'hôtel semblent un peu vieillots ou d'un niveau qui ne correspond pas réellement à un 4 étoiles : ascenseur unique, desservant tous les étages, piscine vraiment sans intérêt et horrible alors que le site permettrait une superbe réalisation la valorisant en lien avec la nature, l'accès mer par l'arrière en est l'image flagrante. Le service pour lequel vous avez le meilleur et le pire : la satisfaction (ce que les hôteliers appellent "l'expérience") du client ne semble pas compter pour certains alors qu'un sourire et un peu d'aide sont essentiels.
